Group Reservations of 5 Rooms or More: Cancellations are permitted until 5:00 PM, 7 business days prior to check-in. Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Cancellations made after the applicable deadline or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total accommodation fee. Reservation modifications cannot be made through the hotel website. If you wish to modify your reservation, please cancel your existing reservation and make a new reservation.
